I hope you will pass this link below on to students and other faculty at your school. We host an annual collegiate art competition for Tennessee and the surrounding states. This is our ninth year. We are inviting your students to participate and they can find details in the documents at this webpage.

There is an old “gray” building that is occupied by a hair salon at the corner of Emma and Holcomb in Springdale. This is all a volunteer basis. We will pay for the paint/supplies, (hard costs). What can be in return is recognition in the Newspaper and among the people in the Region.

The COOPERATIVE ECOSYSTEM STUDIES UNITS (CESU) NETWORK is a nation-wide consortium of universities, federal agencies, conservation organizations, and other partners who work together to protect our natural and cultural heritage.

The program is now ten years old and has funded more than 5000 projects worth over $300M.  It’s time for a new logo and we want YOUR ideas!

Please consider submitting a design and/or sharing this announcement with your colleagues and students.  ALL are welcome to participate!

The deadline for submissions has been extended to Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 26th).  We are looking forward to a great diversity of designs to consider.

My RSO is having a costume making workshop for Halloween and I wanted to know if you would be able to put me on to art students who would possibly have material that they may be able to donate to assist student in making their costumes and also those who may want to help. It is scheduled for Wednesday 21st @ 5pm to 7pm.
