scholarships, prizes & awards 2009
The Art Department is happy to offer several scholarships and awards, available to all students! Most of these are awarded on the basis of the work submitted at the spring prize competition, usually held in early March. In order to be eligible, you must be a currently enrolled art major. These amounts and all details are subject to change.
To be considered for an award, each appliant must download and print a data sheet from the Art office, turning it into the Art office by the deadline. Works will be presented for faculty jury and will be displayed in assigned rooms from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Students must have their work up and ready for review by 11:00 a.m. and must pick up the work promptly afterwards. Students may display up to 10 pieces.
