Under direction of our accomplished faculty, the University of Arkansas Department of Art, located in Fayetteville, AR, offers professional art degrees in many media areas, including Visual Design/Graphic Design, Photography, Art History, Art Education, Ceramics, Sculpture, Painting and Printmaking.

We enjoy a close proximity and strong relationship with the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and other local arts organizations and maintain an active presence in the communities of Northwest Arkansas. Our Fine Arts Gallery, in the impressive Fine Arts facilities by architect Edward Durrell Stone, and our sUgAR gallery in Bentonville, show both student and professional works on a near-constant basis. We own seven site-specific mobiles by famous artist Alexander Calder.
